Life is incomplete without food. Especially tasty food are always a must. In our chaotic lives, eating is the only time where we feel relax and calmed. In life we don't have much choice but it is the opposite when it comes to food. Food is full of choices. Now, I am going to share some of my suggestions in Korean cuisine that you must try
1. Haemul Pajeon ( Seafood Vegetable Pancake)
The first Korean dish I tried cooking at home is this. It is very easy to cook yet extremely delicious. Comparing with the ordinary pancake, seafood pancake is more delicious. You can find shrimp, mashed potato and chili in the Korean pancake.
2. Hobakjuk ( Pumpkin Porridge)
The creamy Korean pumpkin soup is one of the healthiest food for new mothers. Hobakjuk makes breast feeding process easier for mothers. The porridge is sweet and flavorful with the presence if pumpkin. In Korea, Hobakjuk is a popular breakfast.
3.Bibimbap (mixed rice)
Bibimbap is the perfect dish on lunch hours. All you need to make Bibimbap is a bowl of rice, vegetables and sauce. Bibimbap is highly recommended for those who want to try Korean food. It is definitely a must for everyone.
4. Sundubu-jjigae (Soft Tofu Stew)
The dish that is perfect on rainy days. This is also a very simple dish to cook. Sundubu-jjigae can be the best replacement for unhealthy instant noodles. Sundubu-jjigae is very easy to cook which takes few minutes longer than instant noodles but definitely 1000% more delicious and tasty.
5. Ddukbokki(Spicy rice cakes)
Also known as tteokbokki is a well known spicy Korean food. You can find ddukbokki in street sides as the street vendors always sell them in Korea. The savoury spicy taste in tteokbokki makes it stand out from other dishes.
